For 20 years Teignbridge Letting Company has been a dynamic and innovative local Letting Agent specialising in residential property management and letting for Landlords in South Devon. TLC is a Letting Agent, not an Estate Agent.
Your property is an important asset to you. We know how to take the worry out of renting it. Providing the best level of customer care, our all-inclusive services integrates the property management know-how of the industry at a local level. As an independent property management agency our personal touch makes our services more affordable than the big national companies.
TLC takes pride in providing its Landlords excellent, personalised service. We've been delivering Landlords honest, reliable and efficient management services for 20 years. We understand pride of ownership and help make your investment as profitable as possible. Put yourself in our professional hands and your property will be managed with the Tender Loving Care it deserves.
When appropriate, TLC supports the Lets with Pets approach of the Dogs Trust. This is obviously subject to (a) having vacant properties (TLC is a small agency with a high occupancy rate), (b) the available/advertised property's suitability to accommodate pets and (c) that particular landlord/owner being prepared to accept pets.
Being a pet owner myself, I understand both sides of the situation. A good tenant is a good tenant, regardless of whether they have pets. However, pets do have an impact on a property and if there are issues and things go wrong, they can be expensive to rectify. TLC has a Pet Policy based on that, provided by the Dogs Trust, and will require any tenants to abide by those requirements.
