About TLC Lettings

Teignbridge Letting Company (TLC) was established in February 1997 by its sole proprietor, Liz Rollason, registering as a Limited Company in 2003.

Liz has an HND in Business Studies and has been a member of the UK Association of Letting Agents since early 1998. She became a Parish Councilor in May 1995 but decided to stand down in May 2003. In those 8 years she Chaired several sub - committees and was elected as Chairman in 1999/2000 and 2000/2001. She still enjoys being involved in the local community in a less formal role.

Liz had been working in Property Management from 1978 and was then employed in Facilities Management by one of the large privatised utilities until 1996. On leaving that company a move into residential property together with the desire to be her own boss led to the establishment of TLC.

The company is run from Liz's residence and therefore the overheads involved in establishing a High Street office are avoided. The use of modern communications technology gives the flexibility to enable TLC to give you, the customer, the service you require - when you need it.
